USC DEN’s graduate programs can be made available to international students outside of the United States whose employers are International Company Members (ICM).

International students must be ADMITTED to the university to take courses via DEN. See the Admission Requirements below.

Admission Requirements* [back to top]
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, math or from a regionally-accredited or governmental ministry approved university with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Satisfactory scores on the general GRE (minimum combined score of 1000 quantitative and verbal)
- Two Letters of Recommendation*
- Letter of Sponsorship from the Candidate’s Company
- International students whose native language is not English must earn a satisfactory score on the TOEFL (minimum: 600 on the paper-based test; 250 on the computer-based test)
