The Boeing Company has selected
the team of the University of Southern California
(USC) and Missouri University of Science and Technology
(Missouri S&T) to provide its engineering employees with
an opportunity to enroll in a graduate
program in Systems Engineering.

Admission Criteria
- A Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering, math or science discipline with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Satisfactory scores on the general GRE test.
- A minimum of three years of industrial experience is highly recommended prior to taking systems architecting, systems engineering and design experience courses. This program is not recommended for bachelor's degree graduates without industrial experience.
- Students may enroll for up to 12 units as a Limited student with advisor approval prior to admission. Courses taken as a limited student can be applied toward the degree if the student is later admitted.

Interested in starting right away? If you meet our minimum requirements (bachelor's
degree in an engineering, math or science discipline from
a regionally-accredited institution with a cumulative GPA
of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale), you can begin classes as
a "Limited"
student BEFORE you are formally admitted to the program.

of Purpose
- The statement of purpose should describe succinctly your reasons for applying to the proposed program at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, your preparation for this field of study, study interests, future career plans, and other aspects of your background and interests which may aid the admissions committee in evaluating your aptitude and motivation for graduate study.

Three Letters of Recommendation (required for PhD applicants;
not required, but highly recommended for MS applicants)
- Letters of recommendation should be from faculty or others (supervisors, professional colleagues, etc.) qualified to evaluate your potential for graduate study. They should be sealed and written on official letterhead.
