Procedure:
1) Turn
in your lecture notes and handouts before or after class,
at least 24 hours before expected post time.
* If you have digital notes, email the file to dennotes@usc.edu
at least 24 hours before expected post time.
2) Fill
out the yellow form provided by the Document Center with your
instructions regarding scanning and posting.
3) Lecture
notes will be posted in the 'DEN Documents' link under the
'Course Materials' section of your course portal within 24
hours of a business week.
If
you have notes created on SMART Board:
1) After
class, save the notes in your course folder located in "My
Documents" (this folder will be on the desktop).
2) Document
center will convert your SMART Board file into a readable
PDF document.
3) The
PDF document will be posted in the 'DEN Documents' link under
the 'Course Materials' section of your course portal within
24 hours of a business week.
* Please
remember to "Save" your file and then "Close"
